Terms of Service
By creating an account and using Driver Hub, you agree to the terms below.
1. What Driver Hub is
Driver Hub is a place where drivers share rides with one another. A driver who is busy posts their ride to the board; a driver who is free requests it; the posting driver picks one of them.
Driver Hub is not a transport provider
- We do not provide transport services, do not dispatch trips, and do not calculate fares.
- Ride prices are declared by the drivers themselves. The two parties agree between themselves and contact each other by phone once a ride is matched.
- The transport arrangement is between the two drivers (and their passengers). Driver Hub is not a party to it.
- We have no passenger-facing app.
2. Who may use it
- You must be a driver holding a valid driving licence and operating a vehicle with a yellow licence plate (commercial transport).
- Each phone number may register one account.
- You must submit verification documents and wait for administrator approval. While waiting you can sign in and view your own profile, but you cannot yet post rides, take rides, or use chat.
- The information you provide must be truthful. Documents must be your own and must relate to the vehicle you actually drive.
3. Your responsibilities
- Keep your account secure. OTP codes are sent to your phone — never share them.
- Only post rides you actually have, and only request rides you can actually drive.
- Once selected, contact the posting driver and honour what you agreed. If you cannot drive it, cancel early so they can find someone else.
- Do not harass, defraud, or send unlawful content through the chat feature.
- Comply with traffic and commercial-transport law on every trip.
4. Wallet and money
- Each driver has one internal wallet, denominated in VND. It is usable only within Driver Hub; it is not a bank account and earns no interest.
- Top-ups and withdrawals are confirmed manually by an administrator. A pending withdrawal places the corresponding amount on hold.
- A wallet balance can never go negative. Every movement is recorded as a ledger entry and reconciled daily.
- Driver Hub currently charges no per-ride fee and pays no referral commission. If fees or commissions are enabled later, we will announce it in advance and update this page. The fee applying to a ride is fixed at the moment the ride is taken and does not change afterwards.
- A referral relationship is recorded once, at registration, and cannot be changed afterwards.
5. Restricted or terminated accounts
- An administrator may reject your documents if they are invalid, unclear, or do not match the information you provided. You are told the reason and may resubmit.
- We may restrict or terminate accounts that breach these terms — for example submitting falsified documents, using someone else's account, or harassing other drivers.
- You may delete your account at any time — see the account deletion guide. Deletion cannot be undone, and you must withdraw any remaining wallet balance and finish any ongoing rides first.
6. Limitation of liability
Driver Hub provides a place for drivers to find and hand over rides to one another. We do not control, and are not responsible for:
- the quality, safety or lawfulness of any trip carried out by a driver;
- the accuracy of ride information declared by drivers — including price, route and pickup time;
- a driver failing to honour a commitment to another driver or to a passenger;
- disputes arising between two drivers, or between a driver and their passengers.
We aim to keep the service running continuously, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Changes to these terms
When these terms change, the new version is published on this page with its update date. The app opens this page directly, so you always read the current version. Continuing to use Driver Hub after the terms change means you accept the new version.
