Delete your Driver Hub account
You can delete your own account from inside the app. There is no need to call support or email anyone.
How to delete
- Open the Driver Hub app and sign in.
- Go to the Settings tab.
- Tap My profile.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Read the explanation, then tap Continue deleting.
- Enter the OTP code sent to your phone number to confirm.
Deletion cannot be undone. We have no way to restore a deleted account.
What you need to settle first
The app will block deletion and tell you exactly why if any of the following still applies to your account:

| Your wallet still holds money | We do not keep your money. Request a withdrawal and wait for it to be approved. |
| A top-up or withdrawal is awaiting approval | A pending request needs an account that still exists in order to be processed. |
| You have an unfinished ride | The other driver on that ride would lose contact with you mid-trip. |
Data that is erased
Permanently erased
- Your name and phone number
- Every document photo submitted during verification — driving licence, portrait, vehicle photo, and for accounts registered before August 2026, the ID card and vehicle registration photos as well
- Licence plate, make, model and seat count
- Your referral code
- Your notification devices — you will stop receiving push notifications
- All sign-in sessions on every device
Your phone number is released. You may register again with the same number, but it will be an entirely new account — a new referral code, documents submitted from scratch, and none of the history or ratings of the old account.
Data that is retained, and why
Retained
- Ride history and wallet transactions — these are the accounting records for money movements. They are also the other driver's data, and may be needed if a dispute arises after a trip.
- Messages you have sent — a conversation belongs to both people in it. Erasing it entirely would also erase the other person's history, which they never asked for.
In those places your name appears as “Deleted account”, and your phone number is not shown to anyone — not even to drivers you previously shared a ride with. Chat rooms become read-only: old messages remain readable, but nobody can send you new ones.
How long it is retained
The retained data listed above has no predetermined deletion date. If a legal requirement for data export or erasure applies, we will revise this policy and publish the change on this page.
Cannot access the app? If you have uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, email support@driverhub.tech from the address you use, including your registered phone number. We will verify your identity and process the deletion request.
